Enjoy the wonderful views of the Torrevieja’s coastline from a boat.
We recommend making this cruise in the afternoon, as you can witness a wonderful sunset during the way back.

Throughout the cruise, an audio-guide will inform you about everything you visit.

Route: The exit point is set up at the Torrevieja’s port, and then it starts sailing next to the floating museums to go out later to the bay and cruise just all along the coast up to the Playa del Cura beach, where it turns back to the port. It is an ideal short trip to prevent people from feeling sick.
Approximate duration: 30 minutes (round trip)

Price: 8€ for adults, free for children up to 8 years old.

Trip hours: every day trips at 11.30 am, 12.30 pm, 1.30 pm, 7 pm, 8 pm and 9 pm. When you book just tell them that you saw the posting on this website.

CYCLING & BIKE REPAIRS

Did you know...
There are cycle tracks with lovely views of the salt lakes on both sides running from San Luis to Quesada in one direction and out to the coast in the other direction. There are many more off road cycle tracks opening up in the area, many running alongside main roads These make cycling safer and a great cheap way to keep fit! If you don't have a bike you can rent or buy from CYCLOGICAL in Quesada. It's a family run business Gary has been servicing my bike and keeping me safely on the right track (excuse the pun). There are also more off road tracks opening up parallel to many of the busy main roads...unfortunately they don't all join up but hey this is all part of the adventure that we are living out here. Don't forget to look up Gary and Lyn to get best advice from proper cyclists who know their business and are very helpful.

AIRPORT BUS SERVICE BETWEEN TORREVIEJA AND ALICANTE

Did you know...
The El Altet Airport Bus Service from the Torrevieja Bus Station, and run by the ALSA bus company is now underway and costs just 6.95€.
Buses are scheduled to leave every 2 hours from Torrevieja between 7am and 9pm. From the airport they are scheduled at 2 hourly intervals from 8am until 10pm.

PADRON REGISTRATION & THE VOLANTE

Did you know...
The PADRON (Census Registration)needs to be renewed personally every 2 years, You must be a registered Resident and show proof. You can also ask for the right to vote at the same time (Pido mi derecho avoto en las elecciones municipales por favor). The Padron Office C/Union Musical Torrevejense in Torrevieja.

The VOLANTE is the sheet of paper (called here a Padron leaflet) which idicates that you are registered on the Padron and is required when registering your car etc. This needs to be renewed regularly and lasts up to 3 months.
This VOLANTE can be renewed at the office next to Age Concern C/Paganini, urb La Siesta.
